Apr 19 2007 Raising Air Conditioner Concrete Slab I need to raise the concrete slab that my air conditioner sits on outside the house. The surrounding area has settled and it causes water to rest along the foundation of the house and I would like to avoid that situation.

It sits above grade 3 inches and has a 1 degree slope away from the house I put expansion foam between slab and foundation so its not directly touching the foundation. When the AC was installed they still put the fiberglass paver on top of the concrete as they said it would help reduce the noise still.
